If a missed dose is caught in time to allow a snack without going over your DCI. You can take a dose wait 30 minutes and then have a snack that includes protein & veggies. If your calories for the day do not allow this then just return to your normal dosing schedule at the next meal. If you have regular eating times it would be a good idea to set an alarm to assist you in the 30 minute reminder to take your dose. 

Type II diabetics know through education that a healthy diet full of fresh fruits, veggies, and lean protein choices is what is best for them, this program is full of just that. We always encourage clients with pre-existing medical conditions to first discuss any weight loss program with their physician.

Scientific evidence tells us that a 3 week period is needed to quiet the hypothalamus gland. The “quiet” period consists of consuming fats, protein, and “clean carbs” such as those found in fresh fruits and veggies. Once this process is complete, it is most important that the maintenance plan be followed precisely in order to create a new weight set-point. During the maintenance period, you will have tools at hand to utilize in creating, and maintaining, your new weight set-point. 

When you are ready to move into M1 you will finish your LCD day with supplements and on the following morning you will stop the Raspberry Ketone and calculate your BMR + activity level according to your LDW (last dose weight). You will then follow the M1/M2 guides and instructions (including doing a correction day on the very day needed) for a minimum of 6 weeks before starting another round or moving into life phase.
