Slide these delicious morsels right into your mouth when hunger hits on game day. Wrap in lettuce or place on thin sliced Vidalia onion for your vegetable accompaniment.
  • 3.5 oz. (100 g) lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash Hot Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Bragg liquid aminos
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic granules
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • Dash five spice powder
  • 4 whole lettuce leaves or slices of Vidalia onion

1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the lettuce and/or sliced onion and mix well. Form into 4 small burgers and refrigerate until ready to cook.

2. Grill, broil, or pan-fry the burgers until firm and browned, and no longer pink on the inside, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

3. Transfer the cooked burgers to the lettuce leaves or on top of the onions and serve.
