Creamy Holiday Eggnog

It wouldn’t be the holidays without a glass of eggnog, and thanks to Capella and Stevia, you can toast along with your guests with this delightful version.
Ingredients: 
Directions: 

1. Combine the almond milk, Capella, and Stevia drops in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Taste for sweetness and adjust as necessary.

2. In another small bowl beat or whisk the egg white with the cream of tartar to soft peaks. Carefully fold into the milk mixture until combined.

3. Pour into a glass, finish with a dash of nutmeg and serve immediately.

 

M1 Caution Modification: Replace almond milk with half and half or whole milk

M2/Life Modification: Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
