Crab Cake Appetizers

Pop these delightful morsels into your mouth without guilt on game day. Serve with Sweet and Sour Slaw for the perfect accompaniment.
Ingredients: 
  • 7 oz. (200 g) lump crab meat, picked over for cartilage and shells
  • 1/2 tsp. Homemade Dressings Napa Garden
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. dried mixed herbs
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 2 grissini/breadsticks, processed into fine crumbs
Directions: 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a medium bowl combine the crab, dressing mix, salt, and herbs and stir gently. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, Stevia, and milk. Stir into the crab mixture. Fold in the breadstick crumbs.

3. Form small balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet, gently flattening the tops. Bake until golden and hot, 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.

4. Carefully remove from the tin and serve immediately, or cool and keep refrigerated for reheating.
