Exotic chai is the perfect foil for this terrific cold weather treat. Try also making this with a pumpkin scented coffee as the base.
Ingredients: 
Directions: 

1. Bring soy/almond milk just to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in tea bag, cinnamon, peppercorns, and Capella and Stevia drops.

2. Keep warm and allow to steep for 5 minutes.  Strain and serve.

 

M1 Caution Modification: Replace soy/almond milk with half and half or whole milk

M2/Life Modification: Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup
