Thai Chicken Burgers

Add extra chili pepper to these flavorful, meaty bites if you enjoy lots of heat! Serve with Thai cucumber salad for a complete meal.
  • 3.5 oz. (100 g) ground chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. dried chili pepper

1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl and form into patties.

2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side until nicely browned and no longer pink inside.  Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
