Granita ice desserts are easy to make even without ice cream makers or blenders. Try this delicious coffee- and hazelnut-flavored version or substitute other Capella or Stevia flavors for variety.

Directions: 

1. Stir together all the ingredients and taste for additional sweetness or flavor. Pour into a shallow, freezer-proof container and freeze uncovered.

2. Every 15 to 20 minutes, use the tines of a fork to fluff the ice mixture and return to the freezer. When the mixture appears sno-cone like, it is ready to serve.
