Strawberry Crumble with Sabayon

You’ll love this gourmet treat that’s bursting with sweet strawberries and classic Italian flair.
Ingredients: 
Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Place strawberries in a shallow, single-serve baking dish. Combine 2 tablespoons of the water in a measuring cup with the Stevia Berry and pour over the strawberries.

3. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining 2 tsp. of water with 5 drops of Clear Stevia. Using a fork, stir in the breadstick crumbs.

4. Sprinkle the moistened crumbs over the strawberries and bake until bubbly and toasted on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, warm the milk with the Capella Italian Egg Nog and the remaining 4 drops of Clear Stevia and spoon over just before serving.
