This is a terrific sweet glaze that’s perfect when grilling chicken, meats, and fish, or tasty for serving on the side as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
Directions:

1. Juice 2 of the oranges and pour into a small saucepan. Peel the remaining oranges and remove the segments from between the membrane using a sharp paring knife.

2. Roughly chop the segments and add to the saucepan along with the remaining ingredients.

3. Cook, stirring often, over medium low heat until the orange pieces have broken down and the mixture has thickened somewhat, about 5 minutes.

4. Taste for sweetness, transfer to a container to cool, and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
