This is a terrific sauce that’s perfect when grilling chicken or suitable for serving on the side as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium oranges
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped orange zest
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 12 drops Capella Cranberry
  • 15 drops Clear Stevia or more to taste
Directions:

1. Juice 2 of the oranges and pour into a small saucepan. Peel the remaining oranges and remove the segments from between the membrane using a sharp paring knife.

2. Roughly chop the segments and add to the saucepan along with the remaining ingredients.

3. Cook, stirring often, over medium low heat until the orange pieces have broken down and the mixture has thickened somewhat, about 5 minutes.

4. Taste for sweetness, transfer to a container to cool, and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Excellent topping for baked chicken.
