Chunky Guacamole

Please your crowd with a bowl of guacamole! This version is perfect for dipping with raw veggies or the Zucchini Chips recipe.
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Juice 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Raw veggies for dipping

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Using a sharp paring knife crosshatch the flesh to form small cubes. Scoop out the cubes with a spoon and transfer to a mixing bowl.

2. Add the tomato, onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir well to combine.

3. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the veggies.
