Apple Cole Slaw

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup thinly shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 apple, cored and diced into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 4 drops Clear Stevia
  • 4 drops Sweetleaf Stevia Lemon Drop
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. poppy seeds
Directions: 

1. Combine the cabbage and apple in a medium bowl. 

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Clear Stevia, and Stevia Lemon Drop.

3. Pour over the cabbage mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper, add the poppy seeds, and stir gently to coat.

4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
