1. Place the apple chunks in a medium saucepan.

2. Stir together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the apples.

3. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat, until the apples are somewhat softened, about 4 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
