Make these ahead for easy game day reheating and watch them disappear. M1 Caution suggestion: dip into a little plain yogurt to cool things down!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. chicken wings, skins removed
  • 1 TBSP cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce
  • 10 drops Clear Stevia
  • 4 TBSP butter, melted
Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

2. Place the wings in a single layer, drizzle with the oil, sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Occasionally shake the pan to brown evenly.

3. Transfer the wings to a large container with a lid. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the warm chicken. Toss to coat and marinate overnight in the fridge.

4. Broil or bake the wings in a 350 degree F. oven until heated through, about 10 minutes.
