Sweet and Sour Slaw

Great as a side dish for crab cakes, the fresh herbs and sweet Stevia really make this dish.
Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups shredded Napa (Chinese) cabbage
  • 2 tsp. each fresh basil, mint, and cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and cut into supremes or segments
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 6 drops Stevia Valencia Orange or Clear Stevia drops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: 

1. In a large bowl combine the cabbage, fresh herbs, and orange segments and toss gently.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining liquid ingredients and pour over the cabbage mixture.

3. Carefully toss with a rubber spatula to coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
