Baked Apple with Hazelnut Crumble

The wonderful combination of apples and delicious hazelnuts or filbert nut flavor highlights this warming dessert that’s perfect for a chilly night.

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Overlap the apple slices in the bottom of a medium-size ramekin or oven-proof dish and sprinkle with the Clear Stevia and ground cinnamon.

3. In a small bowl combine the Melba toast crumbs, Capella Hazelnut, and powdered Stevia, and sprinkle on top of the apples. Bake until the apples are fork tender and the topping is slightly crisped, about 15 minutes.

4. Just before serving, combine the milk with the French Vanilla drops and Clear Stevia drops and pour around the edge of the baked apples.
