Baked Apple with Pralines and Cream

Warm and wonderful, with the sweet aroma of praline “burnt” sugar, you’ll love this treat even more every time you make it.





1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Stem and core apple using a melon baller or grapefruit knife; place in small baking dish.

2. Combine the water, Capella drops, and Stevia and pour inside and around the apple.

3. Bake until fork tender but still firm, about 40 minutes.

4. Just before serving, combine the topping ingredients in a small saucepan (or heat in the microwave) and pour over the baked apple.
