Raspberry Ketones - Fat Buster Miracle in a Bottle

Dr. Mehmet Oz is famous for his health advice. In a recent show, he discussed the weight loss benefits of Raspberry Ketones. Raspberry Ketone is simply a natural compound found in red raspberries. Its clinical term is Rubus ideaus. It is 100% natural and extremely safe.

You may be wondering why you need to buy this in supplement form and why you cannot just eat raspberries. Raspberry Ketones, in supplement form, are extremely concentrated. It would take over 90lbs of raspberries to equal the recommended daily dose of Raspberry Ketone. Not to mention, when in pure fruit form, that many raspberries would contain a lot of natural sugar.

Raspberry Ketones work as a fat burner in the body by tricking the protein hormone, adiponectin, into thinking you are thin. Raspberry Ketone lowers your adiponectin levels, and you burn more fat. Not only does it help people lose weight, it also helps with other health issues like diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and metabolic syndrome. How Raspberry Ketone Aids in Weight Loss

Beautiful, aromatic, and juicy red raspberries have existed for centuries. It is reported that raspberries go back as far as the People of Troy. Historians tell us they were the first to appreciate this luscious fruit.

By the Middles Ages, raspberries were well known and used in many foods as well as for painting and medicinal purposes. It was only the rich, like King Edward the First of England, who could afford such a luxury. It was King Edward who received credit for cultivating the red raspberry, thus spreading its availability to the “common folk.”

It was not until centuries later during the American Conquest, that Europeans discovered that Native American Indians had been using raspberries for a long time. Native Americans would dry them in order to make them last longer and then eat the dried berries on their extended travels. By this time, red raspberries were exceedingly common to most Europeans. Famous European scientists were even beginning to publish books on the useful purposes of the red raspberry.

HCG Diet Success: Real People, Real Weight Loss

In 2008, a little known weight loss plan called the HCG Diet started making headlines. HCG stands for human chorionic gonadotropin. It is a hormone consisting of 244 amino acids and it has been found to be produced naturally in women during pregnancy.

The HCG hormone in ingestible form can be taken orally or administered as an injection. The hormone instructs the hypothalamus to release nutrient-rich stored fat into the bloodstream, to be used by the body for energy then eliminated. In turn, the metabolism increases and the body burns more fat at a faster pace.

Studies show that men and women are able to lose up to a pound per day on the HCG Diet. Since 2008, there have been an overwhelming number of success stories from average people who have turned to the HCG diet, many as a last resort. Many have been incredibly successful with their weight loss.

Why the HCG Diet Works: Is it the Right Diet Plan for You?

The unsettling truth is that two thirds of American adults are overweight. This leads many Americans in search of the best diet(s) out there. Since 2008, there has been a lot of hype about the hCG diet. In fact, this weight loss idea was first studied in the 1950’s by British endocrinologist, Dr. Simeons.

Dr. Simeons’ research originally sought a treatment for young males with low testosterone levels. He found that hCG acts as a forerunner to increase these low levels. However, through observance and documentation he found that the boys began to slim down and lose belly fat.

Through the 1960’s, Simeons experimented with various amounts of hCG combined with specific foods. His research showed that when the correct amount of hCG was paired with a specific diet plan, men and women had the ability to lose astonishing amounts of fat in relatively short periods of time. This proved to be more weight loss than with just standard diet and exercise.
